Discovering you are pregnant is an incredible feeling, full of many different thoughts and emotions. One of those may be doubt around how you will cope in labour, or fear that your birth will be as traumatic as what you have seen on TV. But birth can be a calm, powerful and amazing experience! Our bodies are designed to do this - they just need a little helping hand from our minds to create the right conditions for them to do their thing. This is where hypnobirthing comes in.

A Bit About Me
I'm Laurel, a mother to Louie and a wife to Tom. I first discovered hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with Louie, as I wanted to find a way of helping me manage anxiety in labour and keep calm. What I discovered changed my pregnancy and birth experience tenfold, leaving me feeling on top of the world after an incredible water birth. Fascinated by the world of birth I had just entered, I knew I needed to help other families have the same experience and I went on to set up Body Baby Mama to offer hypnobirthing classes in Bishop's Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow and surrounding areas.
