Service Description

Four sessions packed full of birth prep, relaxation techniques, practical tips and connection to your baby to leave you feeling confident and prepared to birth. For both you and your birth partner, these group sessions give you the opportunity to meet other pregnant families in your area to build a support network ahead of your new arrival. Small groups allow for plenty of time for discussion and questions and have a friendly, down to earth feel. Stop feeling anxious about labour and feel in control, prepared and ready to birth!
